I agree. Just as my personal preference, I find pizzas taste best when things are kept simple. Lots of those fancy shmancy ones try too hard or are supposed to be "gourmet" because someone throws sundried tomatoes, artichokes, and garbanzo beans or some on them. Screw that... beauty is in simplicity IMO.

I've had some really great "gourmet" pizzas, but I mostly just stick to cheese with roasted garlic when I order. Occasionally, if I'm making it myself, I'll throw some soy pepperonis on or rosemary or fresh basil.

I'm surprised that no one freaked on my smoked salmon offering (I like seafood Pizzas as well :D), but there were all kinds of issues with Moroccan lamb? WHAT.
This is one of my favourite pizza places in Brisbane:
BTW best pizza's ever (Store bought) Joe Corbi's. Jesus they have some good Pizza and Garlic Bread.

the smoked salmon pizza sounded kinda good..
i don't really like seafood pizza even tho i'm pretty big on seafood.
