Reckoning caught my eye last year when I heard about the names involved, im happy to hear its progressing well considering the amount of resources being thrown at a first title game for that company. Umm, Skyrim has caught most of my e3 attention as I know it will be big. Few smaller titles are Dragons Dogma, Dead Island and Dark Souls (Demon Souls 2), that are looking really great. Other then that, e3 didnt have any big surprises.

I saw the G4 interview for Dark Souls and the dev was saying how it's just as hard as Demon's Souls :( I couldn't get past the first stage right after you "Train" Ridiculous. He's like yea after a few controller smashes you will get it eventually. Wtf lol

Let me assure you, you only missed being extremely pissed off at your gaming sessions which defeats the whole purpose of doing such activities lol.

Really keen on kingdoms of amalur, looks like everything I want in an RPG, at least from a gameplay perspective.

That and Skyrim were probably my games of the show. Im finding i care less and less about ME3.

Other stuff i might like, new Bioshock (digging the stampunk setting), and then the 3DS stuff like Kid Icarus and Luigis Mansion 2.

And of course, the new Zelda, which just looks SWEET!

sweet, thanks! i love how you can cannibalise weapons you dont want in order to use their bonuses on other items.

edit: i hope they spend time making it playable with mouse/keyboard :/

lol already having those DS3 flashbacks?

Edit P.S. Curt Schilling is like this avid MMO guy whos been playing RPGs for years. Posts like daily on a very big MMO guild website, I never knew it was him til my friend showed me that they ask him things all the time on there. Its nice to see the owner putting in alot of his own personal time and is keeping close to the community to ask their impressions and what they openly think of his project. Its nice to see someone who has sheer love for something and take success from something completely different and try to bring it here. Apparently they are working on the MMO based on Amalur history and whatnot and this is like the introduction for the MMO.

haha! havent played it yet but the criticism from the PC players re controls is all over the web. i understand its difficult to design a game with 2 different controls, but me :(

there's every chance ill end up buying a new controller for this, prob a 360 one even though im not a fan of them.

Because its hazardous to your health. Theres a great chance that before the end of the first game you could die of boredom.
