By the way is this a very low chord lead in the beginning or an actual bass? I really can't tell the difference.
DJ Robby Rox
Sounds like a short bass with a bit of release on it and a fast closing LP env again with a bit of release to create the ambience after the pluck part of the bass.
I don't think its a chord however.

You know any VST's that carry this type of bass?
OOPS!
I can't believe you guys can't hear the difference in the kicks. Wow.

Yes well really any vst will have it but if you need a specific one z3ta can do that great as well as sylenth.
But theres a specific preset in z3ta called "anabass" I have it in one of my packs. You would want to turn the resonance down about half way and at that point it sounds almost identical to this bass.

Look no offense. But "wow" right back to you.
I'm telling you there is NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL in that kick.
And I will also guarantee you 100% that every person who listens to it, will say the same thing. You seem to be the newbie here not us. And there are some people on this board who have been training their ears to hear like that for the last 25 years.
I'm telling you, they are both EXACTLY the same.
Do you need me to prove it to you because I can and will?

Which pack is it? Anabass sounds really familiar. I probably have it.

I know what I'm talking about believe me. I played it nearly 10 times. He starts with a bit of high pass then alternates back throughout the entire song.

I don't know but I know its in the pack the opens automatically anytime I open z3ta so it may be a factory bank.
I can tell you this though the first preset of the bank is called
"8 bar first contact" which is a very common arp patch in z3ta. Keep browsing through your banks maybe and check all your first patches untill you find that one and it will be in there. If you can't find it I'll upload the bank for you.

Can you tell me precisely where you are hearing this change in the song? I'm going to take a closer look with some of my waves analyzers I'm very curious to see what you are hearing or if you're listening to a totally different part of the track or something.

The kicks before :30 are heavy.
Then right after :30 sec the kicks are high passed.
