boston fans are def the worst when it comes to hateing the yankee's

they started a yankee's suck chant when the patriots won the super bowl...hello baseball and football are 2 different sports

and back in 2002 when i was in cancun i had on a yankee hat
some losers from boston wanted to pick a fight with me over it
i told them straight out were 2,000 miles away from nyc or boston and its not even baseball season, get a f*ckin life lol

Oh please, they dont need riots: many Boston fans (and Philly fans) will act like lunatics even during a fuking preseason game, FFS.

I am passionate, but I shouldnt have to see a Yankee fan get a bottle broken over his head in a Boston bar just because he was wearing the jersey and quietly watching the game. Boston dudes just started harassing him and got into that "drunken riot" mentality: they totally went ape over some dude just watching the game. Bull. That goes for ANY fan, including my own: mild -talk is cool, but once it goes further, you are a ing MORON. period.

it's not just boston/NY rivalry - it's all rivalrys in every sport. Look at the Dodgers/Giants game this year when the visiting fan got beaten so bad, he was in a coma for like a week. Or any of the soccer matches in Europe or South America.

I totally agree: its everywhere! I loooove the feelings of passion I get from sports, but passion often takes a turn for the negative, and human beings often act like straight up animals. I wish people had more sense!!
