All around great night! Few are the times where I last in Pacha from pretty much opening until the very end. Great music all night.
Was awesome to hear Chakalaka on loud speakers for the first time in many years. Wippenberg was great played all my favorite productions from him. (His Kidsos remix!!) Cosmic Gate came on and did their thing, Fire Wire never gets old to me :)
Jason's closing set was unbelievable. Mixed in with perfection from Cosmic Gate's last track to lift the energy in the room even further. Then just went on to drop bomb after bomb the rest of the way. I remember Love is Darkness, Aerofoil's Caress 2 Impress (my favorite part of the night) and was awesome to hear his new release Ode to Black on Pacha's main floor. What a banger!!!
Very awesome night. Would have loved to see Jason on the EZoo line-up this year. I still remember him warming up for Jerome Isma-Ae perfectly the 1st year of EZ. :eyespop:

I enjoyed the last hour of Cosmic Gate's set. When they really started to pound it out it was lots of fun :D
Jason really brought out the fire at the end, sometimes it's a bit risky to go so hard these days when especially the mood of the night was more contemporary clubbish, but his transition to late night was super smooth and the crowd loved it and it's rare to see so many people stay so late till the end. That was definitely the most enjoyable part of the night for me, and it's refreshing to still be able to hear some good, darker beats in the club.
I'll be honest I enjoy a lot of Wippenberg's earlier work, and I kinda wish he had gone a bit more prog/trancy than he played, but he was playing early so it's understandable: would love to hear him get his own night and see what he breaks out later on. Super nice guy too, very approachable and pleasant.
All in all, lots of fun and great getting to see everyone! Props also to Danny and Santos in the basement who both also played great sets. Definitely a winning night in my book!

Wow what a night!!! Absolutely killer party by Massive event and Pacha. I really enjoyed all of the sets that I heard from the DJ's on the main floor as well as from the DJ's in the basement. It was an absolute pleasure and an honor to share the bill with Wippenberg & Cosmic Gate. These guys are some of my favorite producers out there and this will go down as a memorable night.
Thanks so much guys for the positive comments in this thread regarding my closing set. Pacha closed a little after 6am but we could have went for another hour or two at least, great crowd still getting down on the dance floor at closing time.
