Bicycle Experts?

This is a question for all your bike experts out there.
I took the rear wheel off to remove the plastic disc and now when I put the wheel back on, it barely moves. I have to press the pedal really hard to move the wheel even a little bit.
Any help? |

I tried that but it didn't help.
The tighter the Quick release skewer is, the less the wheel moves. |

Check to see if there's drag there first. And then make sure there is not too much tension on the chain, for whatever reason. |

Ohhh that might be it. The way I usually tighten the quick release is that I engage the lever and then spin the nut to tighten down. Once it gets close to tight then I un-engage it, tighten the nut, try the lever and repeat until it's tight enough to hold the wheel in but not to tight to drag. |
