Just a little something I'm working on. This is version II. The previous version was "accidentally" droped in teh dj promotion foruum if you wanna listen to it. But I just started this tonight with my concentration on trying to get a dubstep. Really its a break beat w/ a pretty hard bass.
There's some structure but the structure came from trying to demo my sounds in some sort of "song structure" and it just stuck- so far.
I definitely feel like I'm going to have to go back and tweak it some more but I like what I'm hearing.
Here's the third build of the night. I fattened up the bass some more. Also eq'd everything. Added some reverb. Found a sick vocal to kick off the first bass drop. Program'd a pattern or two for the breaks inbetween the phrases, and automated the filters on a couple of the synths. I still have to finish the ending. But this cool for a days worth of work =)
