it was a very good contest but I arrived later and I had only 2 days to guess them... I think I could have discovered a lot with more time, specially tracks 01, 03, 15, 19, 21, 24, 25, 27, 41, 45 and 58
#45 I know it was from Greg Downey but I forget to mention
#15 with vocals it could have been easier, same for #24 and #41
I think #33 is not exactly the original one but maybe I didn't listen good enough :clown:
My mind turned into 90s with #58, specially Svenson & Gielen sounds - I was very wrong :eek:

Well, I haven't listened to trance for the last year and had been very selective when it comes to new releases in the year before, so you see - it's possible to be unfamiliar with this track :). I know it was a big hit though. |

Yeah, as the median release year of the tracks in this contest was 2007 it was quite difficult if you haven't listened to more recent stuff.
If I make another one I promise to include more oldies, but most of the good ones have already been in earlier contests, though that doesn't really matter. |

| Actually I think that it's better to stick with the fresh tracks ones more as it really seems to attract the attention of new participants. You struck the right balance there :). |

I'm a winner again. Thx 2all participants & especially 2 IN_RAINBOWS for this competition. It was really nice, Mike. Yeah, sometimes very easy, sometimes-very hard!) But in general we saw another good ID Contest with many beautiful tracks. Soooo, maybe in late summer I'll do the next one. What it'll be? I don't know yet) But it'll be very exciting as always. | That's not a problem. Maybe someone new would like to take over. I remember myself browsing through all my music catalogs and doing all I could to improve the score to finally get the chance to host a contest :D. |
