I did some research a few months ago, while looking into buying one
Don't get me wrong, it sounds good but theres something missing. And programing it is not very intuitive, even with all the the knobs. somewhat reminds me of old roland workstations (think xp series) - good sound, hard to work with. Also, very fidgety and knobs sometimes get in the way. Might have to give it some more time...

You have a metric--ton of high-end gear and you don't know how to use any of it because you keep acquiring more gear instead of getting to fully know the gear you have.

probably this--I don't know your situation with lots of gear, but if you're just randomly acquiring an andromeda, this could very well be the case. I take a lot of satisfaction in being adept with what tools I have, and can imagine that I wouldn't know half of what I can do with any of it if I kept adding gear to the proverbial mix
jupiterone
hey, i run a video tutorial service, you can send me the andromeda and i'll back to you with videos of how to use it :gsmile: :gsmile:

I'm sorry, and you base this ASSumption on what now? Can it possibly be that synth is not as immediate as some of the other competitors?
I can make pretty ing amazing sounds with just about any synth, up to and including the "ty" xio. yet on Andromeda it takes at least 3x longer to get something comparable to the sheer massiveness of Jupiter.
Thanks for chiming in tho, as always, nice to hear from ya.

That wasn't just based on the fact that three hours out of the box has you already complaining that you're not getting the results you expected.

MSZ
I think Alanzo, Alan M has a soundbank for sale for the A6, check it out.
doesnt seem that lustful, its certainly has a very analogy timbre, and if i had the cash to throw on a synth i would probably get this one.

I don't believe I was complaining. I was expressing my thoughts. Why am I explaining myself to you, of all the people? Quit e-stalking me Iddy.

In that case, I wish I had the second half of your problem set. :D
