There was an article in The Toronto Star many years ago about how you can make your own 3-D graphics using just Photoshop. Never did try it though...

In university we watched a video about retail in the future and they showed the concept of it.... buying a basketball online and printing it from your home computer - I thought it would never be possible... the future is getting closer....
