Anjunadeep A-listers Komytea return in style with this latest two-track EP. Opener ‘Algebra’ shares some of the DNA of Komytea’s previous electro bomb ‘Afghanistan’, and with its distinctive (and unusual) high-pitched melody and crunchy, metronomic bassline it’s another heavyweight that the boys can add to their sonic arsenal.
Next up is the chugging ‘Simplexity’; another punchy, electro-influenced number, its machine gun groove powers the track along at a fair old lick and provides a solid foundation that allows the layers of sound above it to do their thing.
