Directions:
Woodley Park #1 - Van Nuys
*Take the 405 North and exit Victory Blvd
go West on Victory (to the Right if you are driving north, the exit loops around 180 degrees)
*Tturn Left on Woodley Ave
**PARK IN THE FIRST PARKING LOT ON YOUR LEFT(If there is no parking in this lot, you can park across the street or in the next parking lot you find on the right hand side across from the park.)**
*You will be able to see the picnic bench circle and bathroom building from the parking lot
*The music will be in the sun directly behind the shaded picnic bench area
FREE PARK PARTY
On Saturday July 2nd the MusicSavages would like to invite you to a beautiful day in the sun, filled with great friends, spectacular music, beautiful sunshine and tasty bbq morsels to fill your stomach for FREE! In these times its hard to find a free beat for your ear but the Savages wouldn't have it any other way. We have put together a stellar lineup of our best friends to share this experience with us so be sure to come out and kick off your Independence Weekend properly.
Music begins at 7am and will last until Sunset. We will have some BBQ but feel free to bring extra items for the grill as there are 6 BBQ pits for anyone to use and 26 picnic tables to stuff your face at. Bathrooms are extremely convenient and parking is abundant early in the day.
This is a BYOB event. ******All beverages must be kept in a PLASTIC CUP at all times!!!***** Please respect the local rangers and don't give them a reason to harass us. That being said, this is a FULLY PERMITTED party allowing amplified sound from 7am on so come out early for breakfast and spend your SATRUDAY with us.

Hey all, just a reminder that this park party is a MusicSavages fundraiser. We are not asking for any money (unelss you have some extra to give :):), just a simple donation of any old t-shirts that are about to be sent to the Salvation Armani. We are using them for a portion of our art project for Burning Man this year and need hundreds of them. If you know of people that aren't able to make it but have shirts to donate, please bring them or have them coordinate to meet up with me or Cameron Angeli in the very near future.
Drinks Reminder: the park is "technically" alcohol free. Still feel free to bring any drinks of your choice (this is a BYOB event, nothing will be sold) but please remember to keep everything in a plastic cup. Any bottles, cans or other paraphernalia will attract unwanted ranger or police attention. Please be courteous to this beautiful park.
BBQ Reminder: there will be bbq pits available to grill up any meats or alternative foods of your choice. I will have charcoal briquettes set up so please bring things to share with others. We will not be providing food for the masses so bring enough to share. It is caring...
I can't wait to get out and tear up some grass rug will all of my friends in the sun. It will be 90 degrees but there is plenty of shade. From the parking lot you will be able to see the picnic benches and bathroom building. If you can't hear the music, than something is wrong.....
