So I'm leaving NJ this Saturday around 5pm. It was a last minute getaway I decided to take with my girlfriend. Booked a room in the Dupont Circle Hotel. Seemed pretty nice and right in the nightlife area.
Questions for the locals...
1. Am I screwed with traffic going there? I've heard it gets pretty brutal in the Metro area. Considering its 4th of July weekend I think I'm in for it..
2. I'm attending PvD here in NYC tonight, should I go see him again on Saturday night at Fur? I also don't know if I can handle PvD two nights in a row. :X Or should I say screw it and go to one of the clubs/lounges around the area? Thinking about doing bottle service anywhere I go.
3. Anything else I should know for the weekend being my first time there?
Thanks in advance everyone! |

| Yea.. I've seen PvD in Central Park many times, and over at Pier 54. Never seen him play in a club so I'm sure it will be crazy. Also have to see what time I actually end up getting to the hotel as well.. Hopefully it wont be too late. :wtf: |

Fur is actually kinda lame for bookings as big as PVD, a bit too much of a show, I'd recommend you to check out Mr C.
Try not to drive at all on July 4th, just take the metro, traffic will be a nightmare, they shut down a lot of streets and if you're not familiar, you'll get lost. |
