| A really reallly reallly good tv show, It was nominated as the tv show with the best dialogue. Is the wire. It's very slow but it's worth every second. It's considered HBO's best show. |

+1. Very slow to start, but excellent how they paint the picture of a whole city and the hopelessness of trying to do good in corrupt Baltimore.
For comedy, Louie is my fav right now. Louis CK's project.
If you like weird and atmospheric, check out Twin Peaks. One of my favorite ever. |

Agreed! Definatley last decade.
I actually picked up this show from you suggesting it....I ripped through the first 3 seasons so quickly...the only downer was having to wait so long for the new season to start after the cliffhanger from last season.

I was disappointed with it, season 2,3 were good. The rest were filler, overated imo. OZ was easily HBO's best show Season's 1-6.

| OZ was amazinggggg I haven't really watched wire just heard reviews so I don't know, starting now. I gotta finish breaking bad, i went on to season 3 but i stopped after that. Anyone seen deadwood? Thats also one of the best HBO shows ever, a pity though it only lasted 3 seasons.It's a true life story of a city in the states. One of the most dangerous cities ever, it's based around the late 1800's, early 1900's. |

I tried watching Oz but it was so 90's looking that I couldn't get past it.
Oddly enough, I recently watched Twin Peaks all over again and it didn't look dated at all. |
