| People seem to be misunderstanding the concept of circles. A circle for TA isn't a public entity where anyone can join, a circle for TA is specific to each user. A circle is not like a forum or group, it's a list of friends for your user account. Nobody can see who is in my TA circle, which makes it slightly more difficult for people to add each other. |
