I've been toying with this track for a little bit and I want to get some comments/criticism on it so far. It's not yet finished as I still have a few things I'd like to add. Let me know what you think. Please leave a comment if you listen.

Cool so far, add some FX, drums loops to spice up this pattern and I feel like arp would be a perfect addition to this melody - would feel this space in freq beautifully - Like is.

Cheers,

Added the finished track to the OP.

sounds nice so far but not too keen on the percs that come in at 15secs and 3.29secs, they stand out too much and detract from the rest of the track, maybe just lower the volume slightly or just change them for a more complex perc pattern.
i think overall if you fill out your percs a bit the track would sound better, maybe add some sidechain to your pads too.
cheers

Thank you, I did also notice the percs are a bit heavier than I remember. I'm hearing some mids in there that I think were drowned out before.

Deary, it's SO loud. heh. Breakdown energy seems to remain kind of static, so not much use of energy/time there to build things up. I think you are relying on that synth arp quite a bit. If the bassline were a bit more present, the mixdown could benefit if you could make that work. It would help move the track along a little more. Percs could use a little variation, seems like they just disappear into the background after a while. Chord progression is pretty nice, just need to hear the bassline tear through a little more and connect with the bass better. When I say tear through, at least some mid bass to connect with the kick and stuff, since that arp is the most dominant force in the mix. It could even use a little ducking.
