This week we welcome Snuff Trax label heads Snuff Crew representing Germany with an all vinyl mix chock full of old school goodies. I personally have been anticipating this mix for quite some time :D
Snuff Crew is a mysterious two-person collective from Germany which was founded in 2008. Their sound is mainly influenced by Chicago House, Acid and Italo Disco. Since their first 12" release on Marco Passarani's label Nature Records, they have released EPs for International Deejay Gigolo Records, Hour House Is Your Rush, Playhouse and of course their own Snuff Trax. They've also turned in remixes for artists such as Remute, Hard Ton, Robert Owens, Jack Codec, Stefano e Bene, The Glitz, Kids On TV, Massimilano Pagliara, and Franz + Shape.
2010 saw the launch of their own label Snuff Trax, which will release their brand of of fine Old School House Music.
In addition to being stellar producers, they've also performed as a live Act at the finest clubs in the world. To namedrop a few: Womb/Tokyo, Berghain/Berlin, Tresor/Berlin, Subway/Cologne, Jesus Club/St. Petersburg, Soljanka/Moscow, Cassero/Bologna, CAMP/London, Sonar Festival/Barcelona, Danube Rave/Linz, Fusion/Münster, Nature One Festival/Kastellaun. Yeah :D.
Nobody knows their actual identities and nobody has ever seen their faces. Simply known an Eins and Zwei...this is Snuff Crew.
