I saw Tong open for the Chemical Bothers at Metropolis on their Surrender tour. He sucked.

dunno if anybody except me & maher remembers this but...

tong was booked at tribe back in 2006 or 2007...i think 2007...

he was ing amazing. cutting edge, solid prog, techy groove, attitude-infused bangers.

i still say to this day, that night was easily one of the best nights in a 10pm-3am club, MUSICALLY speaking. the party was & relatively not so packed compared to other nights at tribe back then.

he gets sooooo much amazing (and , yes i know) music before anyone else does. i remember being with maher, sultan & ned and they'd ask him every now and then what a certain track was & he'd say simply...unreleased, won't come out for a while...

haven't seen him since though, so i guess i can't be a good judge anymore.
