What would be the point of this? People already make alts anyway. and the one thread that would be made: what would be the topic? or would it be just another random talking? or would it be a "guess the alt" game again?

Good idea, but I feel the biggest downside is the thread being too congested with different discussions. Even if it were moderated to remove non-sense posts, it would still be cluttered with who knows how many simultaneous conversations as it would be limited to just 1 thread with no topic other than being anonymous, throwing organization out the window. Maybe I'm overestimating the amount of traffic to thread, just my opinion.
With that said, a trial can't hurt - paralysis by analysis could prevent something pretty useful/entertaining. |
