________
INFECTED MUSHROOM
Psytrance innovators Infected Mushroom are rock stars, plain and simple. But before his duo matured into a full-on band, they had twice been ranked in the top 10 best DJs in the world! They have amassed a massive global fan base by constructing mesmerizing, psychedelic, and emotional musical experiences in both the studio and the DJ booth. Their name appears in the largest font at the top of the world's most respected festivals, and for one night only, they're bringing their sounds to RISE, Boston's 300 capacity after-hours club, for a very special DJ set. This will be a night to remember...
A limited number of advanced tickets are available. Buy them now, as this event WILL sell out.

________
RANDY SEIDMAN
Opening for Infected Mushroom is Randy Seidman. This LA-based DJ/producer has spent the last few years touring around the world with Infected Mushroom, playing over 100 shows as their official opening DJ. His tough blend of progressive and trance will set the perfect stage for the main act.
________
ANYA
Boston's own Anya will be handling closing duties on this special night. Anya is force to be reckoned with, playing no-nonsense psytrance sets at clubs and festivals around the world. Here in Boston, she's one of the driving forces behind Sonic Beating, New England's psytrance OG's. No local artist is as fit or deserving for this opportunity as Anya, and she's going to keep you on the floor until you agree. |

The insanest Psy ever, well it used to be anyway... but it's been a while since I have heard a DJ set from them so it would probably be best to let someone else answer this question, or may be you can possibly hunt down some recent sets on the web.

Can you please explain how the whole "Rise membership" works.
Are you saying that basically I can possibly drive all the way from NYC and NOT get in if its too packed? Sounds pretty risky if you ask me. |

Saw them play live the night before @ WEMF in Canada... they were NUTSSSSS!
Probably why this was just a DJ set, might have been to much hassle to get their whole setup from middle of nowhere Canada to Boston in a day? |

I've only been to this place a handful of times so I could be wrong (But I don't think I am)
I'm not a "Member" Which I think you have to pay either a Monthly or Yearly fee to become one (Maybe both depending on which you prefer) Being a member let's you get in for free on most regular nights, and for bigger nights, it's a reduced fee from the price to everyone else who's not a member (Usually about 10-15$ less from what I've noticed)
The times I've gone all I've had to do is E-Mail someone from the Club, which they actually say who you can E-Mail on their site - And I've always gotten a confirmation E-Mail rather quickly, usually within 24 hours if I remember right. I noticed recently there's an option on their site as well that you can sign up directly to the guest list from there, but I've never done it that way.
They usually don't have advanced tickets for sale too much in general, but for "Bigger" events (like this for example) they do, and I could be wrong on this but if you have a ticket you don't have to get on the list. (But I guess it wouldn't hurt to anyway since it's rather simple) I've just bought tickets the last couple of times Danny Howells was there without E-mailing anyone to get on the list and got in no problem.
Hope this helps :toothless |
