I saw (and heard) Gielen spin for already 6 times and I must say that he is one hell of a good DJ. Nomatter what he spins, the crowd is always going insane on his dj skills. (Me included)
So don't go bashing him unless you've seen him spin. (You can't judge the man only on his livesets... that's not fair!)
A night @ the club while Gielen is behind the decks stands for a quality night! |

| bet it wasnt him. by doing a whois wont find it out either, just get some info about his i.p. and his isp. he was only on for a little while, so why bother comming on at all? he gave information that anyone could of gave. Is anyone sure it was him, cos if it was thats great! but i doubt it somehow... |

Met him two or three times...Seen him live a lot more times.
Very nice guy. He's given my BF a couple of promos etc.
Seems to me you assume these djs are like Hollywood moviestars..as if no "ordinary man" can meet them, let alone beat them in their performance. :)
as for the comment kurai made: PLEASE!!! Can you define quality for me? I can respect the fact you THINK his productions are quality, but I cannot respect the fact that you try to force me to perceive quality the way you perceive it!! To each its own mate! To each their own definition of a quality track!!
And what makes you think "amateurs" don't produce??? How would you know?
I think the views some of you have are a little idealistic. As if talent is something that is only limited to those djs we've heard of. I feel that's utter crap. There are a LOT of djs (and producers) with much talent, but they just don't spin @ major parties/or they don't release their records!! Please keep that in mind! :) |

Good points and i agree in some of them, but i would hope someone who would have more talent and was in a posistion to judge others wouldn't be hating on him inside a chat room. And i guarentee that the person i was directing that comment to has no room to talk.
To each is own, im better then most djs in this p.o.s town. Im better then some/most of my friends. Do i tell them they spin cheese or suck? To each is own..
Just cuz u dont like some records a dj spins or how he produces his music dont hate.. celebrate!
And prox we all cant be as fortunate of a trancelover as you.:rolleyes: U live in jville florida all ur life and see how many people with talent u meet. You become the talent and show everyone else wassup.
