I go for job interviews all the time, get them to offer more money and then go to my boss and get a raise.... i love what i do and i love where i work, but i can net a 18% raise every year just by showing that i have other offers on the table lol.
i just pulled one off yesterday and i got a nice solid 10k raise out of it.
