I'll post what a friend pulled from the deposition. Funny stuff lol.
I just read the ruling as well as Glenn's deposition and it's some of the funniest I've read in a long time. He actually testified under oath that his plan for bankruptcy restructuring was to take on an investor. When asked about the investor, he said it was a foreign investor named Raj. He said he didn't know Raj's last name but that he had made comments about investing $3m into Nocturnal. The lawyer reminded Glenn that $3M wasn't enough to pay off the foreclosure but Glenn still thought it was a viable plan.
Classic stuff. |

The man is the "King of All Kings" of hustling when it comes down to it.
I'm seriously amazed as to how much money has been jacked out of this place, yet he somehow gets a way out.
Curious what the next card will be on this one |

| I am still amazed at the amount of dip s that open clubs. I have seen so many go under here in Miami due to poor management. Lots of fly by night people here. |
