I like using and have had good success with using priceline b4 in booking hotels and what I was wondering was ... in the event that I were to use it and I wanted to stay in Downtown Chicago, by the magnificent mile and close to the nice touristy / trendy areas which area would be my best bet in trying to get booking for ...

Im guessing it would be the North Michigan Avenue - River North Area? Would that be correct?

I saw that too ...

I also see ...

Locodice is @ Spybar on Thursday
Carl Cox + Green Velvet @ The Mid on Saturday
Ida Engberg @ Transit on Sunday night

I have not been to Vision in about 5 plus years, i'm surprised to see its still around and kicking tbh. What is The Mid like? Also what about Transit nightclub?

Transit's been around for a long time too. Its a bit of a round open room. I kinda thought it was alright.

Vision is still one of the best clubs in Chicago. I love that place.

the MID is newer, it a 2 level rectangluar layout with a big open middle like Vision. Security is a bit overwhelming in presence, Drinks are pricey, overall, its an OK club. They've had a lot of good talent running through there though.

The mid has a pretty long waiting line but it's worth it
I'd say hit up locodice, it's always a good show

Having never been to the Mid b4 ... I hear that they have top shelf open bar from 10pm - 1am.

Is this true? And if so do you need special tickets for it?
