| Our first trip here. Will be 3 of us. We want to have the true crazy ibiza experience. We have money and want a nice hotel but close to everything and the parties. Any help on where you would stay. Much appreciated P.s We dont want to be staying with old folks also lol |

honestly the reviews on ibiza spotlight and tripadvisor really helped me. they almost always say whether or not its for families or for party kids. regarding being close to everything pick either san antonio/san antonio bay or ibiza town/playa d'en bossa.
start here:
http://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/hotel-guide/
and look around at the pictures and what each hotel comes with. if you need a fridge, make sure they have one. slowly narrow it down until you find something you're comfortable with.
i cant emphasize reading the reviews enough though. a place will look great even have 3 stars and then the reviews are beyond horrid.
good luck! |

Stay in Playa Den Bossa; more fun, beach, etc. I would strongly recommend the Garbi! |

Why Playa and not San Antonio (not bay)?
Also going Sep 11-16. Thinking of either San Antonio or Playa. |

we're doing san antonio bay. close enough to the action but quiet enough to sleep.
we're there sept 11-21. lemme know if you wanna hang. |

I think it depends what scene you want (and hopefully you want a disco scene):
Playa D'en Bossa is right on a beach, and closer to "better" parts of the island.
If you ever want to get to San An, it's only a 30€ one-way taxi ride.
San An leans more to the drinking crowd. |

As dollaroff said, San Antonio is more for the drink-all-you-can crowd.
I already stayed on both parts of the island (PDB, San Antonio & San Antonio Bay) and will always recommend staying in Playa Den Bossa.
You have all beach bars at a short walk (Bora Bora, Ushuaia, La plage, ...), only a few minutes from Ibiza town and from Las Salinas beaches (Sa Trinxa, Jockey Club,...).
In PDB you have the Space & the fresh new Sankeys, in San Antonio you have Eden & Es Paradis.
For Amnesia, Privilege & Pacha, it is somewhat the same from both parts.
In PDB I recommend the Fiesta Hotel Playa den Bossa, really good for the price.
Never forget that you won't live that much in your hotel... You are in Ibiza :-)
And don't forget to rent a car... you will not regret it! |

I second the Fiesta Hotel in Playa d'en Bossa. You just basically need a place to crash for a few hours because i did most of my sleeping on the beach. Space is literally right across the hotel. The bus stop is in front of the hotel and Ushuaïa is right next door now. And you can walk to Bora Bora. Breakfast and dinner is included, not the best food, but it gets you by. And going to breakfast is a trip, all the party goers just walking in. |

Maybe not on your first trip... depends how long you're going to be on the island.
If you stay in Pd'eB, you probably want to spend 4 days in the area (2 on Pd'eB, 1 at Bora Bora, 1 at Ushuaia).
After that, you have places around Ibiza Town to explore, plus San An (drinking over there and doing sunset at Cafe Mambo, etc... is important to do once).
That fills up at least 6 days. If you have time, I'd do a day trip to Formentera first (so beautiful) than explore the rest of Ibiza with a car.
If you're out all night, the earliest you want to get up is 2pm (if not later). That gives you 2p-8p to explore: that's really only one area a day.
You're on holiday: don't cram too much in. |
