there are just as many "all show no go" mustangs and other American cars as there are imports. I raced a manual Mustang GT the other day. I beat him too. He had clear corners, altezzas, and stickers all over the place. Oh yea I have an automatic Mitsubishi Eclipse.
Oh yea he was Mexican. |

| C'mon yall, dont you know a VW golf with a Honda Vtech dropped in will 0WNZ J00 A11!!!, also add a 250 lbs custom hood and an airdamn that will increase drag, also a big muffler so all the speed particles that make the car go fast came escape better. Don't forget about stickers and euro lights, they can take 2 tenths of a quarter, and the most important part, vanity mirrors. What ever you do never lift the hood, theyre's nothing in there that will make the car go faster |

here we go with the whole "amercan vs import" argument. Any car can be modded to be fast. I've seen 15 second mustangs, and i've seen a 11.6 second dodge colt. but then again some mustangs can rip the out of any import, its all about what's done to the car.
BTW, i have a 27 second mustang and i'm DAMN proud of it! |

most people associate imports with asians or whites. Personally I don't see many Mexicans driving fixed up imports, but that's just where I live... |

| Here in fresno, imports are modded about equally by mexicans and asians, the good ones anyways, then theres all the high cost but still slow since they have nothing but cosmods imports driven by the preppy white kids. (Reminder I am white) |

nah civics weren't meant to be modded out.. they are commuter cars FIRST, remember that. Integras are better but only GSR or Type-R at least.
What about those korean cars? I haven't seen many of those. Tuburons or something. you know Hyundai makes them. I haven't seen any of the new models around. I guess no one likes them. |

PeeePZ!!!!
PLEASE don't argue about this, 4,6,8,12 watever your size it don't really matter... i prefer 4 because of their smaller size and weight and economical factors... hey i would love an 8 but come on i can't afford to run that...
Sure all cars look nice, ppl buy anything they like, not what other people like, be unique not sheep, stop arguing on something that doesn't need to be argued with, the question was if anyone else was into modidying imports, not if people had opinions!!!
And if you think that hot little car of yours is cool, then so be it, I had a skyline but found it too hard to insure and maintain, so i got a smaller car, wow no big deal.
If you want a race car, learn to drive @ the tracks and get a job doing it, and get paid for it, cause no one's paying right now for your oopinions are they??? |

new (2002) tiburons look nice
but they are faily gutless I believe..just look nice, drive nice, but not for racing
myself, I dont care for power. I (will) have a Jetta TDI
ill drive halfway around the country on a tank of gas that is cheaper than all of yours.
sure I wont smoke u all off the line, its a 1.8 liter engine, with I dunno how much turbo. But it beats a 99 honda accord V6...that I do know.
and my engine has a life expectancy of over 300 000 km, as opposed to 150 000 on a gas engine. But really who cares anyways? |
