After some positive feedback from some friends, Ive decided to check out the Beer fest for the first time.

Anyone else going?
Has anyone else gone? What was your experience?
A lazy sunday sampling some good beer..then a stop off at cherry beach sounds in order. |

| Used to be loads better when it was back at Fort York and cheaper. But definitely still worth checking out if you're a fan of beer... |

| $38.50 seems a little steep just to get in...sure it includes 5 drink tokens and a sampling cup but still. |

your next beers are only a buck for a "sample" but you find the vendors filling up your cup the highest.
Ends up being a 100 dollar day and your obliterated by the end.\
Sat is the day to be there. |

Went for the first time last year and loved it. Would go again but lack of funds prevents me from attending.
Protip: its better if you ask for half a cup instead of a full cup with each sample you get. They always overpour (its kinda hard to pour *exactly* half). Whereas a full cup is a full cup. |

that is a pretty expensive day...but then again I probably haven't spent a total of $100.00 in beer over the last three years. |

Yea i sorta figured that it was gonna be expensive just based on how expensive liquor is in Ontario.
I ended up picking up the 'hoptimize' ticket..figured itd be worth it for the extra tokens.
We'll see |
