SAMPLE

I made this sound using a combination of tools (Pro53, Rob Pappen Delay, among other native Ableton plugins.) When I was messing with it earlier today, I noticed that if I speed it up or slowed it down rapidly it would create this space sounding bleeps/effects/artifacts. However, the sonar sound was still on the background. I don't want the sonar sounds, I only want those futuristic bleeps. Any ideas how to make those sounds? I don't mind recreating it.

Last week at Sam Ash, I saw this little yellow Korg box that does them and it costs around $100. But I rather use what I already have.

If it's of any help, I own:

Komplete 7
Predator
Sylenth

Thanks!

I haven't listened to the sample, but a few thoughts as to how to get just the effect:

1) 100% wet effect?
2) record with & without effect, then invert the phase on the original sound to cancel it out with the effected version?
3) use a different input sound (white noise?) and see if the delay still produces the same sounds.

The sireny sound is done by a sine wave or a triangle wave changing pitches rapidly
