Hungarian DJ/Producer Daniel Mehes launches his latest venture(a new label called Dubmetrical)with a strong all round 5 track EP featuring 4 artists covering a number of different genres to kick the label of in style and set the bench mark for future releases.
Cumiks a Spanish duo from Malaga have produced a wonderfully emotive track,El Final sets out its stall almost immediately diving straight into a solid Techno influenced groove full of flavour.El Final ebs and flows beautifully keeping the listener captivated throughout with dreamy breaks that build effortlessly taking you beyond the realms of your inner consciousness.
Backed up with 4 excellent remixes,2 from label head honcho Daniel Mehes the first a reflection of Daniels high energy dub techno style and the second a more down tempo track that still has enough bite for the dancefloor.Paris’ John Smthg has taken the track in a totally different direction laying the stamp of summer all over it,heavy synth lines create a track with beautiful atmosphere and warmth perfect for watching the sun set to while sipping sophisticated cocktails!!!!Finally Spains Miquel Arrieta takes El final in a progressive direction,a high energy symbol and tribal rhythms complete what can only be described as an excellent first outing for Dubmetrical.
