I was watching the news today(something rare!) and everyone was talking about a great flood in the capital..and it went on to show other floodings in Germany and other places...
Where are we leading this world to?
I mean,we humans are so careless..our children will probably spend their lives underwater(!) or in space..
So many people are fighting extraordinary phenomenons while other grapple on the new winamp 3 and stuff!
Should we not think of he upcoming destruction? If u think about it,it's almost imminent...
Everyone should join GreenPeace or something..if not lets think before harming the environment again.
It's in our grasp to make a difference.

| Well, stuff like this in nature happens all the time but human actions can make them happen quicker. Flooding can occur because humans aren't using enough water from the ground and then it rains a lot and the rain can't go into the ground thus causing flooding. It's happened many times though throughout history...it rains a ton from time to time and things flood. It's sad but we all must accept it. I'm just glad the flooding in Germany isn't near my friends there:nervous: |

| Environmentalists blame the flooding on pollution. I use to not care about this environmental stuff at all. But last term there was a tree hugger in the same dorm as me, so now I can't stop recycling :D But that's about as much as I do.. |

| Germany is very good at trying not to pollute though...America pollutes way more than they do and we're not having nearly as much flooding. |
