Awesome!
By the way, managed to give your mix a listen tonight while I was baking - wonderful vibe+groove you got going on. Was busting a move while I was stirring my batter. Transitions definitely did not hamper the flow whatsoever + I enjoyed the TL (I recognized most of the tracks :p). Good stuff as always.
Going on my iPhone for my morning commute!
*edit: Nef posted before me, big "lol" at the picture :haha: |
Yea I know most of the tracks are very obvious. TBH this isn't a set I dug very hard for. I mostly hope it will appeal to local promoters. |

Oh I didn't mean to be complaining in any way shape or form, sorry if it came out that way lol. It's a promo mix; ofc its gotta appeal to the promoters who in turn want it to appeal to the dance floor. I think it will.
Regardless of the selection and whether or not I recognized any tracks, I had fun listening to it, so obviously it worked :D Anyways, time for bed, nn!
P.S. [sarcasm]WHERE'S THE TRACKLIST?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?

what will appeal to local promoters is how big your guest list is...music is secondary. :p
that being said I had lots of fun listening to this while making dinner. The start worried me a lil because i was like "oh oh its gonna be prog, who the dances to prog."...but the rest of the mix flowed great and was great background music for my deeds. I found that you wound down a lil early (not finished early..mix length was great! just enough to get a good idea without having to devote crazy time to it.) for me, and the last segment was really not for me (esp the plur segment). This is a taste thing, technically i could not find much to fault at all.
great job bud, heil hitler!:gsmile: |

| Thanks man. I basically wanted the set to be proggy but with a techy underpinning. And who said I can't get a nice group into a club if I wanted to?;) |

| Very enjoyable for listening, writing or just having a house-work/cooking vibe going in the back-ground. Very well mixed. I think the inclusion of a track-list, in this case, would have detracted from its aesthetic. No, seriously, I like it. I'll definitely hear it, again. Thanks for making it. |

| sorry for being obscene but I thought the mix was boring. this is not to get back at you for dumping on my deep house mix. your previous mix is a TA classic. |

| Well thanks for the honesty I guess. Like I said it's a dance floor- oriented mix and I suppose it has to be consumed as such, if that makes any sense. |

| that should explain my naivety. my m-audio's are good but obviously won't do justice to this mix since it's dance floor oriented. |

nothing to do with that. was just saying this is not the "interesting" or "adventurous" type of mix. |

| I'll listen to this again. I hate leaving negative feedback. that makes me feel guilty. |
