Telus Optik with IPTV (costs me $30 + tax, analog phone line extra $15, first year intro deal). Generally works great and better than I expected, very few problems, but I know of others that get excessive TV freezes. Up to 10 mbit/sec download on torrents.

| I'm pissed that some of you are getting 20+ on Acanac. I'm assuming you signed up for the 15Mb package, like me but I've never seen it get to 20. Still...it's nice to see that we're all consistently getting higher than advertised speeds. How often do you see THAT?! |

Things like email, facebook and youtube really do not require it.
Think about, most of the world is using 5Mbps or less, so that is what website builders use as a benchmark.
In most cases it really does not matter. It is only when you are torrenting something, streaming a movie, and uploading pictures when you feel the squeeze. |
