Champion is proud to present the third in a run of releases from the boys that put the P in party – The Squatters!
The Squatters are fast rising through the ranks of DJ stardom. Currently enjoying their residency at Judge Jules’ Judgement Sundays events in Ibiza and at home, as well as a string of other bookings worldwide, Alex and Oli have found time to get in the studio and produce some more of their fresh dance anthems.
Higher, their newest, sticks firmly to their signature sound with stomping 4×4 beats, dropping to a rave-influenced riff, before building to a bleepy, slidy crescendo, accompanied by an all-important vocal-tag. We’ve seen this one do damage on the unsuspecting dance-floors and it does NOT disappoint!
In terms of remixes, HeavyFeet, the men behind Stamp Beats, and countless remixes including for the likes of Skepta, Roisin Murphy, and DJ Zinc, have been drafted in. The boys, here, bring a bouncy skippy house beat to accompany the original main riff, before dropping into some 80’s style kicks and snares, slipping in a piano-line to boot. One, without doubt, for the Ibiza dance-floors!
To finish is newcomers Flask, providing a dubstep remix. Low-end frequencies and coursing, piercing beats make this a must-have weapon for your dubstep artillery!
