It's that time of the year again, for us to shut down the summer in BOUNCE style under the sun and stars at the Keating Channel. For our 3rd annual summer finale our line up of local legends are bringing the best in disco-influenced beats to make you move. Expect to hear some Filtered Disco House, Nu Disco, straight up Disco classics and a whole lot more - so come by early and enjoy a bevy or 5 on the patio while things are nice and groovy, and stay late for when the floor gets a lil mo rocking. And don't forget to refuel with something from the Pub's extensive menu of amazing food.

Ok this has zero to do with this party, but i just finished a mix of 80's tunes the other day, so why not mention it.
Set times posted tomorrow btw!
A few years back I did a mix of 80's pop tunes, and since then I've had a lot of requests for a sequel. I always meant to do another, so and I finally got around to it, so here we go.
Now if you're looking for subtlety, good taste, and sophistication, why the hell would you have even considered checking out this mix? And if you're looking for a mix full of ty bootleg remixes of what were perfectly good original tunes on their own, well you're out of luck there too. No my friends, this mix is straight up 1980's pop music, albeit mixed dj stylee. That said, some of these tunes are actually really good, hell some are even "important" tunes in the history of music. But by and large, not really.
It's always tricky whittling down a list of literally hundreds of songs to maybe 20. I invariably can't include some favourites just because they don't make sense in the mix. This makes me cry a bit but what can you do?
Equally tricky is then finding a way to make the mix work with these 20 songs that typically don't really lend themselves well to mixing, as they're proper songs and all that, but I've tried to make it all work.... at least most of the time. Hope you enjoy!
