How would I go about designing/recreating the lead pluck you here in this track: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qA7JZYNrneM
Or a pluck like it, that you here in a lot of progressive house/house tracks? I really dig it but I having been able to get it just how I want it. I here...saw waves? what do you guys here. How do I design this pluck? It's the progression played right in the begining of the track, and through out most of the track. I see I must cut the higher frequencies, but I still cant get it! |

| Sounds like chords to me, not so much a pluck if I'm listening to the sound you are talking about. Chord stabs in whatever key that is. |

I don't know if this works, but give this a try:
1. Take a choir emulation patch from any synth
2. Change the amp envelope (and/or filter envelope if needed) to one that you use for plucky sounds
I think that should do the trick. If not, proceed with layering similar sounds. |

Word, that might be kind of a good idea, give it a snappy decay time and very little release. |
