Thanks beb! Is it bad that I realized this morning that we have 22 bottles of wine.....and 4 waters?? :nervous: Anywho, I love watching the weather, too, kinda sick that we have places to go and we chose to stick around to "see what happens" LOL....

If you look south from here, the clouds that you see are the edge of the hurricane...

Update: is a little cray-cray around here. Been raining cats and dogs since noon and the hurricane is still ~10hours away.

Mild Earthquake in NYC capital of Albany (wtf!).

Tornado's in Jersey and predicted for NYC. Much of Jersey has no power. North Carolina and Virginia Shores tore up.

My good friend was vacationing on Virginia's shore. Her house is about a football field away from the ocean. She took a pic at noon: mild flooding. She took a pic at 8pm: half of the house is under water.

3 people have been reported dead already.

People are under the impression that because its only a Category 1 its not dangerous but this is the first time a hurricane is heading into such a heavily populated area.

Stay safe or just get out of there for a couple of days and avoid it altogether!

All of my friends in Jersey right now have no power and are reporting incredibly scary stories about the wind :nervous: :nervous: :nervous: :nervous: Several tornados have touched down in various parts of Jersey, ekk!

I am about 30 minutes south east of Montreal and there are already 3 downed trees on our street, and every so often we will see parts of a patio set fly by. I can't imagine how bad it would be if it was a cat 3 or higher.
