The synths need a lot of work, especially the synth that enters 14 seconds in, and in the break at 1:04. Very thin and tinny.
In terms of groove, the elements are too layered and it turns into sound soup when the hats drop, you need some more definition between them, you might be able to improve by working on the mix, but I'd probably just change them to sit in the groove better. It doesn't have a funk or a swing.
The hats are a bit hot, cut down on some of the high frequencies there.
Keep working on it though :) |

Sound soup indeed. Thanks for the feedback, the hats are a bit to loud, i get so excited when im mixing I find myself cranking up unnecessarily xD. needs some GROOVE thanks again. |
