Interesting of you to delve into something like this and it would seem, before a full listen, to do it more interestingly than a lot of bland dubstep crap I hear. Plus I'm generally not a fan of dubstep, but perhaps I will be able to enjoy it when done right (creatively). Also for some reason I love Flux Pavillion's "I can't stop". I'll get back to you.

Unexpected change from you. Will check it out of morbid curiosity. :)

I think the genre is gaining popularity, and I don't hate it (when it's done right). So just wanted to give it a shot and see what I can put together.
Just expanding my horizons... and because my girlfriend is into it... :p

say it ain't so man! I'll listen, but I have to admit that some of the producers in this scare me a bit.
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt solely because we both like deep anal and deep Haus. It better not be a wonk attack:p

i think towards the end in leans into that general direction. i tried to be as varied as possible, but i think it's unavoidable. granted i included what i considered tolerable, but tastes are like snowflakes.
The first part is mainly drumstep/drum & bass stuff. moves into more hip-hop for a period, going back to drumstep for a second before slowly crawling into dubstep.
the finish is more mellow with Wut and CMYK.
i really just did it for myself, toying around in my new studio (cleaned out the office in my house, and turned it into a collection of vinyl and hardware). wanted to see if i could do it, while steadily getting buzzed on Anchor Steam beer (great stuff) as the night progressed.
i can't say i'm completely satisfied with the final product, but it was a good first venture into the genre - not that i can guarantee it won't be the last or the first of many.
i agree that dubstep, for the most part, is a trashy genre with a lot of generic/under-produced babble. but there are gems - i'm hoping i've incorporated a few of them.

rusko is by far the worst producer in the history of music:p ill still listen, but I'm not getting my hopes up. props to you still for trying something new.

I started to listen, but this is the type of music that has taken over most of the little "edm scene" that we have around here and I can't seem to get away from. It's left a bad taste in my mouth so I'm turning it off. Just not my thing man.
To be fair, I think that's the first time I've ever said anything remotely close to that on one of your sets.

i think you need to give it a fair chance.
my favorite stretch is from 17:45 through 31mins (the end of the Biggie tune).
the tail end is a good time too, Wut just got remixed by Claude VonStroke, and James Blake is definitely a talent.
but hell, you don't have to like it, ha ha. all good bro.
