Luckily I'm with a hot girl on Saturday so I SHOULD be able to get in...right? lol

If you can get to the front of the line you should be in pretty quick

I think it's hilarious how that kid complained about "waiting 45 minutes before the doorman even acknowledged us." Newsflash: you need to be the one acknowledging the doorman. Kid talks like he's a nightclub pro($100s of dollars dropped in palm beach lol) but makes probably the most rookie mistake when dealing with a door

i agree with you for the most part but i think the reason everyone is so upset is because amnesia went out of their way to claim to be different than all the vip style miami clubs in all of their promos. turns out they arent any different at all. pretty silly to believe that at all, but i think it was more about hope than belief.

i personally dont mind waiting in a line as long as its moving, but if its at a standstill then it ima get upset too when theres no real reason behind it. its obviously much better to have your customers inside spending their money and in a good mood. having them wait outside really doesnt accomplish that. if i would of have been waiting for 45 mins and absolutely nothing was happening, i would of been close to leaving too.

hopefully they get their together.. not only with how the door is run but also with booking some ing talent! theres is all to be excited about coming there right now.

I went last night and they must have fixed the issue because if you had presale tickets, you were moved to the front of the line.

Now if you DON'T have presale tickets...it's one of those typical SoBe clubs where it could be difficult to get in...truly one of those joints where it's at the doorman's discretion. Seeing as how I only go to these types of places to see a DJ, it'll never be an issue for me. I'll simply just buy a presale ticket and dress decently.

The big part you missed in his whole story is that they were there at 11pm, the club just opened and from the stories I heard about that Friday the club wasn't that full.

He even told Bob Sinclar about this and he (part owner) didn't do . Doesn't do much for the club especially since they come straight out and say that they are catering to the music crowd and not the VIP crowd. People need to understand that the music crowd is mostly guys to begin with.

Bottom line is if someone buys presales they should be given easier quicker entry. This is the case irrespective of whether they are guys, girls or Chaz Bono. Just hope they get their together before WMC, cause the club has potential and I suspect good parties will take place there during WMC ...

Door people might suck but the place is off the in' chain.

Amnesia during MMW is going to be crazy. I think besides Space, it's the best venue for music in Miami. Huge floor, lots of space, great sound, it's not a VIP club, and the lighting system is incredible.

Reminds me of space 34's lighting when it first opened. I hope to check this place out

I don't think Nocturnal has been open since the shooting.

The new auction date for Nocturnal is Dec. 9th
