I'm just looking at going fully digital although I already use ableton. I'm thinking of switching to tractor for live DJing and using a midi controller.
The Vestax VCI100 looks a good one has anyone got one? What do you think?
One thing I havent liked on other midi controllers is that the pots for the kills dont have locks on them or a notch when you are at zero like a traditional mixer does. Do these midi controllers have this function?
Are there any cheaper alternatives to the vestax that are still good?
Thanks!

I use the Torq Xponent. It's pretty good.

Just seen this. Might have to buy one if its not too expensive.

Though not technically a MIDI controller, I'm in love with my Traktor S4.

it kinda looks like a toy, but depending on the price tag could be a good value.
