just saw this. the program i'm looking at right now is a masters in art and politics. i studied art and revolutions as an undergrad. would expand my research to include the arab spring. |

i want to teach university and write. personally, i find revolutions fascinating. the art that comes out of these revolutions have common threads that stretch beyond borders. i find the same categories of art coming from nicaragua in 1979, in libya, syria, tunisia, and egypt now, in various french revolutionary movements (1789, 1871, 1960s). i do research all the time, i'm just working a corporate 9-5 til i save money for grad school. |
