:wtf:

Why not? Armada music is made for 14 year olds so why shouldn't it be made by 14 year olds?

I'm more impressed by the fact he's studying university level physics. I only did that when I was 17.

Obviously a bright lad.

after all the ghost production threads, i cant help but think that there's a possibility this is just another marketing gimmick :p

Chimney told me this thread already existed, so let's put this here then instead of making a new one:

Story (wiki):

quote:
Erik Arbores was born on 4 August 1997 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, currently he lives in Schiedam. After having skipped four classes in total he passed his high school exams at the age of 13 (in the Dutch school system, this would normally happen at the age of 18). Therefore he gained a lot of media attention, including the popular Dutch TV Show De Wereld Draait Door. The worldwide number 1 DJ Armin van Buuren described him in this show as very talented. Erik is now studying applied physics at Delft University of Technology.

So he did 4 years in just 1.

His first EP will be released by ZOUK Recordings (a sublabel of Armada Music) on 12 September 2011. It is titled Take It E.P. and consists of the tracks Take It, Transit and Bliss. On the day of the release (September 26th 2011) of the Take It E.P. on internet platforms as iTunes and Spotify the EP became the number 1 album on the Dutch iTunes chart.

Armin already gave him a record deal:

Well, pretty cool for such a small boy, his Madonna - Celebration Remix:

Then you probably think, well, he's just handy with his pc, but then you see this and like some people already wrote:"Is there anything this kid can't do?"

O, and this soundtrack also isn't bad for a....13 years old kid:

Well, I don't know what to say, but I guess we will hear more of him in the future. Or maybe not in music because he's seems to be really smart....

Sorry but just because he has piano talent doesn't mean to me.

It's just more than being able to be perfected at playing an instrument.

And his tracks is a pure cheesefest. And he's prolly has some sort of autism, i know when i see one. And i don't believe in his music career at all, as someone already said it's just a pure bull marketing gimmick made up by lord of cheese himself. I wish him all luck in the future though.

i like how the regular mixes are "progressive house" and two of the radio edits are trance. Not for me, but good for him.

Rodri Santos
feel bad for him because must be a freak who is gonna suicide at the age of 27
Chimney
Has there ever been any good music to come out of Holland?
