Ah man, that would be sweet. I know we are missing this supernova, but Betelgeuse is expected to go nova soon (well soon in cosmic terms could mean a 1000 years, but it could just as well go boom tomorrow) and since that will be a spectacle probably never before seen by any individual in the homo genus we are totally going with your plan if that happens! |
