Well, I heard Get Decor - Passion in the trailer, so it might be worth to look out for the NZB :)

There is only one good movie about raves. That movie is Kevin & Perry Go Large.

Problem is: K&P Go Large is not about raves. It's about Clubbing in Ibiza.

This film is about raves, and feature no clubs whatsoever.

Raves were often in unlicensed venues, often broken into warehouses and lasted for entire weekends. Often they were so big that the police couldn't shut them down.

This is a rave:

You're wrong. A rave is defined by one thing only: a dancing guy in a suitcase.

Look at 5:27.
Now since I don't see a suitcase-guy in your video you're clearly full of crap.

I can't argue with that.........
:stongue:

But seriously, Weekender is about the "Rave" scene in the UK in the early 90s, and is nothing to do with club culture, it's about warehouse raves.

How about this gem (and repost)

Although there are some seriously embarrassing faces being pulled here, the energy is phenomenal in this video. The tunes are ING INCREDIBLE!

Ahhhh..... the good old days.

Why dancefloors are dark.

And why dance music is great.

You can do it also outside in the middle of Amsterdam :)

Going to watch the film this weekend, but from the trailer alone, they've made some seriously annoying mistakes:

1, The money he's counting is new - the 20 quid notes were completely different in 1990.
2, Everyone has white LED lights in the rave - they didn't exist until 10 years later, and certainly not in torch form. Glo sticks were even only prominent about 5 years after that.
3, Everyone looks a little too clean - it was a ing mess in those days.

Little things, but completely kills my suspension of disbelief.

The torches in the film are just.....erm.... torches. I think they break into a torch factory or something to hold the rave!

My only criticism is the lead role with the curtains, he gets a bit annoying, and the black girl is full of cliches, but it's the same in Human Traffic and because the film is decent, and actually draws you in with the way the story develops, so it's easy to overlook. And you'll get totally distracted by the tunes. And the bad guy, he's a seriously nasty ****. He played the best part.
