couldn't be more true, the execution sucked so I question the business moral behind the company. Admitting you made a poor choice and a very large mistake doesn't help assure your customer base that you won't do it again.
so instead of having 1 company to hate, now there are 2.
the obvious strategy should have included upgrades in service with a price hike, no such product was available, just a cost restructure that nearly doubled it's pricepoint.
my netflix billing cycle is tomorrow with the new price, i am cancelling myself. |

| Oh wtf. I totally clicked on that thread the other night, expecting delicious pastries (which I love), and obviously clicked on the wrong thread because I was shocked to find a movie review instead, and was extremely disappointed. |
