intricacies of side-chain

so,
what level do you guys take your S-C too?
i know the basic side-chain bass and saw with kick but do people also S-C other elements of their tracks....
ex perc over synths, vocals over bass...ETC
comments??
also why are the tracks producers like Andy D, Allure, A&B always so clear? no matter how many elements they have going you can always hear all the tiny aspects of their songs( vocal reverb)?? |

| I have tried sidechaining synths to basses but it doesnt sound too pleasing |

hmmm ya i was afraid that was the answer. i guess ill just have to work on that haha.
thx for the side-chain tips. i use fl but its the same concepts through out so its all good. |

Side Chaining is like putting your woman in different position. It depends on how far you want to go in and out, and what feel your after! :haha: |
