Pioneer does it again. Check out the new DJM 250, two channel mixer. It's very basic, but it's supposed to have the same sound quality as the DJM 900 and it has two filters.
For $399 USD/£249/€299, bedroom DJ's can't go wrong with this mixer.
Here's what bums me out.
- No booth out! (This one is a must for club/bar use).
This, I could live without, but it would've made a sweet mixer that I gladly would've paid an extra $100 for.
- Full adjustable crossfader curve (for scratch dj's.)
- Record Out (but if they would've included a booth out, it could also work as a Rec Out)
- Send & Return for external effects units
Than again, this is meant for the bedroom DJ, so you don't really need those features.
i was also happy to see that they finally included XLR outputs on the it. something both, the DJM-350 and DJM-400, have been lacking.

Its odd that they bang on about the pro sound quality, wings for installing etc but have left this out. Seems a bit of a no brainer to me. Still, looks pretty cool for 250 notes
