I wrote a program that records my sleep every night and plays a track when it detects REM. And I created an open research database where I am publishing these recordings, called LSDBase.
The data is recorded every 100 milliseconds from a Halograph Frequency Monitor; a headband with a motion detector that is sensitive enough to pick up the heartbeat. And can thus easily detect rapid eye movement.
Lucid Scribe 0.9.4 is required to view LSD files.
You heard me right... my app makes LSD files. :toocool: |

pretty cool!
how long does your lucidity last on average? have you trained yourself to extend it when you feel you're waking up? |

| Thanks man! It generally only lasts a few minutes, hence all the coding to extend it and make it more regular. |

This is great. But what the does it really do?
Anthems are snippets from songs that are triggered when REM is detected.

| Err, it plays a song when I am dreaming. |
