You're a new poster and your topic choice is a bit esoteric. I wouldn't say it's inconsequential but take a look at the other topics which have been started and have some success. Synesthesia is a rare neurological condition that only one person I've met (and dated) has had. Sexuality and Gender Norms, on the other hand, has a fairly wide scope in both tangential topics relating to it along with the fact that society's intersection with sex and gender is something that affects everyone.

btw OP have you read Born on a Blue Day? it's about the author, who has high-functioning autism and he writes about his synesthesia, in particular relating to numbers. he has even done some paintings to try and capture what he sees in his mind with numbers. i think he holds the world record for the most decimals of pi recited orally in one sitting. interesting guy. his name is Daniel Tammet.

Do you have a source for this? The Wikipaedia article is saying that such prevalence might be a little skewed.

i love how she calls you out but not Hal. diarrhea would be wayyyy more disgusting to taste than vomit. we've all tasted vomit, but hopefully none of us have tasted diarrhea... :nervous:
