| I went out on my own tonight as a last resort because I couldn't get in touch with anyone and ended up getting a girl's number. Wouldn't have done that if I was with friends all night. Going out on your own is better than staying in on your own, any day of any week. |

and sysj - i agree with you, but i think it depends on the venue. i love going out dancing by myself. even when i go with friends i often end up doing my own thing. this is more open-air oriented and i guess i'm still too much of a child to be totally comfortable wandering around from place to place with no definitive plan on my own haha

after that my drunk friends were like 'we're at bar x! meet us here!'. i wait in line 35 min at bar x, get in, text 'where ? i'm in?' soon as he responded where i knew they told me the wrong bar. 'oh sorry man... bar y. we'll wait here' but i wasn't gonna wait another 30 min in line so now i'm hom ehahahaha epic failure

you're right...
normally it wouldn't be so bad but tonight there was a huge gathering in that area (first friday of every month) so any bar has a 30+ min wait. so miserable. i waited forever to get into some ty bar playing teeny bopper electro house and wasn't gonan wait just as long for something similar haha |
